SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 245(HES) which had                         
been held on reconsideration (page 3952) was before the Senate.                
                                                                               
Senator Halford moved that the bill be returned to second reading for          
the purpose of a specific amendment, that being Amendment No. 1.               
Without objection, the bill was returned to second reading.

for an offense that is a class A misdemeanor or a felony offense;              
		(2) a violation if the person was arrested for an                            
offense that is a class B misdemeanor.                                         
                                                                               
Senator Halford moved for the adoption of Amendment No. 1.                     
Senator Duncan objected, then withdrew his objection. There being              
no further objections, Amendment No. 1 was adopted.
